Cornerstone’s $1.7 million mortgage loan has been steadily whittled down and the remaining $235K loan balance comes due this May. If we pay it off at that time instead of refinancing it, we will save $24K per year, including $120K in interest over 15 years. Freedom To Flourish is a special campaign to raise $235K between now and April 2025 so that Cornerstone can be both debt-free and free to flourish! If we exceed the goal any additional gifts will go to the Facility Improvement and Maintenance Fund to ensure we can keep God’s house in good order for years to come.

Prayerfully consider responding to our Freedom to Flourish campaign. Gifts to Freedom to Flourish should be over-and-above your normal giving to the annual stewardship drive and include a notation on the memo line or elsewhere that it is for F2F.
